Where we work

Wherever your portfolio is, the work happens in your systems.

We advise and deliver for property, construction and infrastructure businesses without tying it to one country or region. Most of an engagement runs through your platforms and your data, so what matters is overlap, access and clear handling of your information, not a postcode.

How coverage actually works

Six things we settle before an engagement starts, so nobody is guessing how it will run day to day.

Remote by default

Almost all of the work happens inside your systems: the data, the platform, the integrations, the reporting. That runs just as well from a distance as it does from a desk in your office.

On site when it earns its place

Discovery workshops, go-live weeks, floor-walking with the people who use the system daily. We travel for the parts where being in the room genuinely changes the outcome, and we say so in the plan.

Working hours that overlap yours

We agree a daily overlap window before the engagement starts and hold to it. Stand-ups, approvals and escalations sit inside that window wherever your team is based.

One named team, not a handover chain

The person who assessed your data stays on the engagement through delivery. No regional handoffs, no re-explaining the estate to someone new.

Your security posture, not ours

We work inside your environment, on our own tooling, or a mix, whichever your policies allow. NDA by default, and access scoped to what the work actually needs.

Local rules taken seriously

Data protection, residency and retention obligations are settled in writing before any data moves, using the right transfer mechanism for the route the data takes.

What you can buy from anywhere

The same advisory and implementation work, scoped the same way, priced the same way. Advice comes first and stands on its own.

  • Independent assessment of your data, systems and operations
  • A costed plan you own outright, whoever ends up building it
  • Platform selection with no reseller or referral interest attached
  • Data migration, systems implementation and integration
  • Custom software where nothing on the market fits
  • Retained and embedded support once things are live

Practicalities

Do you take on work outside your own country?

+

Yes, and regularly. Location is rarely the deciding factor. What we check up front is time zone overlap, working language, and whether your data can legally and practically be worked on the way the engagement needs.

How do you run an engagement remotely without losing momentum?

+

Short cycles with something visible at the end of each one, a single written source of decisions, and a fixed overlap window for anything that needs a person. Progress is judged on what works in your system, not on hours logged.

Who covers travel when you do come on site?

+

Travel is agreed and priced in the plan before it happens. You will not see a surprise line on an invoice for a trip nobody asked for.

When are you not the right partner?

+

If a project needs someone physically on your site most weeks, or hands-on work in a language we do not operate in, we will tell you at the first call rather than three months in.

Tell us where you are

Send us your location, your working hours and what is slowing the business down. We will come back with an honest read on whether we are the right partner and how the engagement would run.

Advice first. Building when you are ready.

An independent view of your data and systems, a costed plan you own, and a team who can build it if you want them to. That is the whole offer.
