The focus
This is a process-first transformation role, not a pure technology position. You will work closely with the business to map end-to-end processes, challenge inconsistencies, and define scalable ways of working that outlast the contract.
Key workstreams
- Leading the survey workstream end to end: requirements gathering, governance, distribution and vendor appointments.
- Supporting invoicing and order-to-cash processes, including the Salesforce to Sage Intacct integration.
What we are looking for
- Someone who speaks both languages, business and technology, and can translate between the two.
- Working familiarity with Salesforce, which matters for requirements gathering.
- Experience in the non-profit, membership or civil service sector is a strong bonus.
